How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time for orders is 24-72 working hours from when the order is placed (only for peninsular shipments; Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and outside of Spanish territory are excluded). All shipments will be made by the transport company selected by the client according to the destination.
If for any reason the order has to be delayed, we will contact you to let you know.
Once the order has been placed, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by the parties.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will appear broken down in the summary of your purchase. The costs will be calculated depending on the destination and the total weight of the shipment.
Shipping costs will be free on purchases over € 150 (only for peninsular shipments to private customers; the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and outside of Spanish territory and all sales points or distributors are excluded).
Can I request to send an order outside of Spain?
Yes, we have shipments to Portugal enabled. For shipments to any other country, you can contact us through the email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will find a better way to send your order.
What happens if I am not at the address that I indicated when the courier is to deliver the order?
After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave you a notice so that you can contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be made at the shipping address you indicated or at one of the carrier's offices.
After another unsuccessful attempt, your order will be canceled and we will refund the amount of the same, subtracting the costs of returning the package and the shipping costs of the same.
What do I do if my order does not arrive?

Can I send my order as a gift?
No, at the moment we do not have this option.
What should I do to give the item back?
Customers have a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, within which the purchase can be revoked and the company will refund the amount paid. Upon receipt of the return, the company undertakes to refund it.
To proceed with the return of an item with which you are not satisfied, you will have to bear the costs of the return.
You can use the transport company that is most comfortable for you but first you must contact us through the email firstname.lastname@example.org indicating in the subject "return order No. XX". and your contact information. We will contact you to facilitate the entire process.
Prepare your package for the return using the original packaging that we sent you, with the item in the same conditions in which it was sent and without having been used and / or manipulated.
Once received in our warehouses, we will check that the item is in the same conditions in which it was sent, that it has not been used and keeps its full original packaging, and we will proceed to return the money in the same way that you made the pay.
No refunds will be accepted freight collect.
Keep in mind that we cannot make changes in size or color, so if you need to exchange one item for another, we will refund the price of the item and you can make a new purchase in our online store.
In the event that Zalabar is the cause of a return (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.), the return must be made with the transport company that Zalabar selects and in this case, the return costs will be free. .
Zalabar reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the requirements described above.
Conditions of withdrawal
- You will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal on custom or personalized products.
- You will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal on damaged products, without original packaging or in poor condition.
- The direct costs of transportation as a consequence of the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be borne by the consumer as indicated in article 108 of Royal Decree 1/2007.

What is the deadline to make a return?
The maximum period you have to request a refund is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period we will not be able to accept the return of your order.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
It is the transport companies with which you process the return that establishes the cost of the shipment that is paid by the customer.
The shipment will be under your responsibility until it reaches our warehouses.
How and when will I receive the amount of my refund?
Once the return is approved (when we verify that the returned items are in perfect condition and in the same conditions in which they were sent, that they have not been used, that they are kept in their original condition and their full original packaging) you will receive the amount of the same way you made the payment. We will send you a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account in a few days. Remember that the payment to your credit card or to your PayPal account always depends on your bank.
The amount paid will correspond to the RRP you paid for the returned items.
Transport costs (both shipping and return) will be returned only when Zalabar is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.).
